Dear Fellow Investor:

How often do you have the opportunity to buy shares of a company that will “completely take over a $9 billion industry,” rendering all competitive products obsolete overnight?

How often can you buy shares (for $1) before Wall Street and the investing herd have a clue as to the transformative nature of the company’s breakthrough?

How often can you watch your company, not just dominate its market, but expand it to $12, $18, even $27 billion because they can cut prices 7-fold, even while maintaining profit margins in excess of 93%!

That’s the opportunity we have with A5 Laboratories: symbol AFLB on the OTCBB. Consider that...

A5 Laboratories’ natural interferon (ng-INF), for which they have 3 patents pending and world-wide manufacturing rights...

Will increase the effectiveness of already established blockbuster drugs as much as 100 to 1,000-fold, thereby allowing for far lower dosages, far less toxicity, and far better results!

A revolution in medical treatment!

In just a moment, I’ll show you what interferon (INF) does and why it’s so important to hundreds of top-selling drugs. But first, let’s look at the medical revolution A5’s natural interferon (ng-INF) is poised to bring about...

Cancer patients will no longer get sick from chemo treatments, but they will get well faster (because the dosage of the toxic drug can be greatly reduced when combined with A5’s natural and more effective interferon).
Multiple Sclerosis patients will get dramatically better results (because the effectiveness of MS remission drugs will be increased many-fold with A5’s natural interferon)
Flu pandemics and infectious diseases can be eradicated with a low-cost nasal spray (Before A5’s breakthrough, interferon was too expensive to use this way, but now it’s both possible and practical).
Infectious diseases that threaten to wipe out livestock will be eliminated (A5 will prevent infection with vaccines, and they’ll treat infection with low-cost injections, or an evaporative nasal inhalation system).
Use of antiviral, antibiotic, and growth hormone drugs can be greatly reduced (these drugs pose long-term health issues from overuse and toxicity. A5’s natural interferon is organic and species specific, which either replaces these drugs or greatly reduces the required dosage).
Health care costs will come down for many expensive treatments (A5’s natural interferon will sell for 7 times less than all the inferior types of interferon it will replace).

NOTE: A5 cannot claim that their natural interferon will do these specific things because the FDA requires trials to prove each one. But let me give you the facts, and you can judge for yourself whether these are realistic expectations. Here’s why I say they are...

Interferons are not something new, but rather “natural body proteins” that have proven immunostimulatory and immunomodulatory effects.

Fancy words aside, the volume of interferons in your body directly correlates to how well your immune system works, as they perform a complex array of immune functions — pretty much whatever your body needs to ward off threats and stay healthy at every moment.

Simply put, interferons keep you alive. But before I tell you about A5’s incredible advance, and the enormous profit opportunity it represents to early AFLB investors, allow me a brief introduction...

Hi, I’m Tim Fields, editor of Untapped Wealth, the newsletter for investors seeking fortune-making profits in little known companies with disruptive technologies and world-beating solutions.

I’m sharing this valuable advance information on A5 Laboratories with you today as a way to introduce my service, but more on that in a moment. First, I want to say...

Accumulate AFLB shares now!

I’m urging my readers to accumulate A5 Laboratories shares now between $.75 and $1.50. Then hold for a reasonable price of $50 to $80 (symbol AFLB on the OTCB). And here’s why I’m convinced we’ll see those prices...

A5 Laboratories is taking a proven, safe, well-established and widely used drug ingredient – Interferon— and improving it as much as 100 to 1,000-fold, while cutting manufacturing costs by 100-fold.

Of course, they won’t sell it for 100 times less, but more likely 7 times less, and that’ll still give them profit margins in excess of 93%. That’s one reason the stock will soar (there are many more). And...

Here’s fair warning: If you own any stocks that rely on interferon sales as a significant part of their revenue stream, SELL them now, as A5 Laboratories will take their business away as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow.

Here’s why...

Low-risk high-reward business model

Unlike most biotechs with high-risk business models, A5’s model is actually one of “very low risk and extremely high reward.” You see...

A5 Laboratories is NOT trying to make something new.
They’re NOT working on a molecule to achieve some spectacular result.
They’re NOT trying to create a new class of drugs.

These are the usual routes to failure for most biotechs, as 9,980 out of every 10,000 new compounds flop. What A5 is doing, instead, is vastly improving a vitally important compound already in wide use in hundreds of top-selling drugs.

That means they have NO RISK of regulatory failure, but they do have a fast track to massive revenues. To be clear, interferon is already approved, highly effective, and in the formulations of numerous blockbuster drugs.

In recent years, some very successful companies have started with a $2 or $3 million capitalization, and then become a $multibillion concern because they “successfully improved an established drug.” Aspireva, King Pharma, and Biovail are a few examples.

Consider Aspireva: they started with a $2.3 million capitalization, then modified an existing transplant-rejection drug to create a successful treatment for a common disease. In just 4 years, Aspireva was sold for $1 billion. Early shareholders hit the jackpot!

And yet the potential for A5 Laboratories is bigger than a dozen Aspirevas. That’s because...

Many types of interferons are used in hundreds of drugs to treat dozens of diseases. And many of these drugs have sales in the $billions – cancer drugs, MS drugs, autoimmune disease drugs, HIV drugs, plus hundreds of antiviral, antibiotic, and antibacterial drugs.

A5 Laboratories will vastly improve hundreds
of established drugs

For A5, it’s not a question of “improving or finding a new application” for one drug that might help them become a $billion company. Rather, they’re going to vastly improve hundreds of established drugs...

And here’s where it gets really exciting...

The established interferon (INF) market is ONLY at $9 billion because the genetically-engineered interferon sold today (typically made from recombinant DNA in an E. coli bacteria culture) is difficult and expensive to make. It also has a short half-life in the body and can be toxic.

Many people can’t tolerate much of it, or have an allergic reaction that requires the treatment be suspended (and resumed later if the patient is still alive).

Even so, INF is so important to drug therapy that every pharmaceutical company, every biotech firm, and every medical research lab in the world would like to use much more of it, if only it were affordable. Unfortunately, it’s not. And that’s why...

Some cancer treatments using interferon cost $20,000, $30,000, even $40,000 per month!

But now, with A5’s manufacturing breakthrough, interferon will not only be affordable, but completely NATURAL and “species specific.” Let me explain why that’s important...

A5’s manufacturing breakthrough means they can mass produce natural interferon for any species – bioidentical INF for humans, for cattle, for horses, pigs, chickens, cats and dogs – any species, because the manufacturing process begins with the host’s cells.

And because A5’s ng-INF is organic to each species, it’s safe and non-toxic. It also has a long half-life in the body. And it’s as much as 100 to 1,000 times more efficient than the genetically engineered INF made from recombinant DNA.

This has never been done before!

This is the WOW FACTOR! The mass production of natural, species-specific interferon at very low cost has never been achieved before. And A5 Laboratories will soon have 3 patents protecting their intellectual property!

This isn’t theory. This isn’t pie in the sky. A5 Laboratories has done it. And very soon...

They’ll have full worldwide rights to a product (with $9 billion annual sales) that’s at least a 100 times better and 7 times cheaper than what’s available now, even while they post unheard-of profit margins of 93%!

It’s going to revolutionize the drug industry, not to mention lower healthcare costs, save human and animal lives on a scale not imagined before and, I believe, make early AFLB shareholders rich!

Let me take a stab at crude analody, so you can truly grasp the magnitude of this incredible advance...

Let’s say you need a new car. You’d like to have a Mercedes SL Roadster (about $95k). But you can only afford a Ford Fiesta ($15k). So, Fiesta it is... until the Mercedes dealer calls you back and says, “Hey, you can have the SL for the Fiesta price. Or, if you prefer, I’ll upgrade you to the Mercedes SLS AMG ($180,000) for the same price. Which car do you want?

Get it? Nobody is going to buy the inferior genetically engineered interferon when they can get the “real thing” for 1/7th the price. Especially when the real thing potentially works 100 times better!

So, let's be clear on this:

Of course, when the price comes way down, suddenly thousands of companies that couldn’t afford interferon before will now buy it. And literally thousands of new uses will be found for A5’s natural interferon because it’ll be economical for many more applications, as well as non-toxic!

And that means the current $9 billion market will grow – to $12 billion, to $18 billion, to $27 billion! And let me answer your first question...

Yes, A5’s natural interferon is a superior replacement for ALL types of interferon in medical use today. Not one, or two, or three types, but all types: alpha, beta, gamma, and the numerous subtypes within these categories.

That’s why this is a fortune-making opportunity for early AFLB investors, provided you hurry and get your shares while they’re still available at $.75 to $1.50.

Check with your financial advisor. Do your due diligence on this company. Make sure it’s right for you. But also understand that nothing is more important to drug therapy than interferon. And A5 is going to capture the entire interferon market!

What exactly does interferon do?

As promised, I’m now going to tell you what interferon is, what it does in your body, and why it’s critically important to drug therapy. With these facts, you’ll see how A5’s natural interferon (ng-INF) will...

Improve the quality of healthcare
Lower the costs of healthcare
Prevent disease and/or speed recovery
Save millions of human and animal lives
Make early shareholders rich!

Interferons are a class of proteins made by your lymphocytes (a type of white blood cell). They are routinely released in your body in response to pathogenic threats, such as viruses, bacteria, and parasites, and also to cancerous tumor cells.

I’m not going to get too technical, but you should know that interferons are “cytokines,” or signaling molecules, that communicate among individual cells with instructions to protect, kill, or remember. Routinely, they...

And they perform these important functions, too...

Advertisement, see important disclaimer on bottom

All of this (and much more) goes on at every second inside your body, without you having to think about it. But, obviously, my description here is way over-simplified.

Numerous large books have been written on the complex role of interferons in your body, but let’s suffice to say that you would die without them, or even from a shortage of them.

And people and animals DO DIE every day because of a shortage of them. Problems begin when you’re under stress, are exposed to toxins, are attacked by nasty viruses, get a bad infection, or have a genetic flaw, illness, or advanced age that weakens your immune system.

Often the only way to keep you healthy (and alive) is to get more interferon into your body. But again...

Until now, there’s been this enormous obstacle – interferons cost too much to make. But A5 is going to change that with their ng-INF.

And not just for humans, but for animals, too. And not just for disease treatment, but for disease prevention! And in case you’re wondering about the animals...

Veterinary health is a $20 billion industry

The costs of keeping cows, pigs, chickens and other livestock healthy on their way to market is a $20 billion annual industry. What’s more, the drug market for domestic pets is a multi-billion dollar industry in itself. For all you pet lovers out there, very soon your vet will no longer tell you there are no good solutions for Fido’s problem, or that the treatment costs are too high while the chances for success are too low.

Instead of hearing that your beloved Fido must be put down, you’ll hear, “We’ll save Fido to run, and play, and chew your shoes again!

Just one exciting application for A5’s natural low-cost interferon is simply.... to extend the lives of our pets, and who wouldn’t want that?!

Now, think! Who’s going to disrupt the veterinary drug industry? And then steal the interferon business away from current makers? And then vastly expand the market because of much lower INF costs? A5 Laboratories, of course!

And if you load up on AFLB shares now, you’ll ride this fortune-making company with 93% profit margins right to the top! Let me show you A5’s business structure, tell you a little about the size of their human and veterinary drug markets, and give you some details on their launch and rollout plans. It’s one heck of a story...

Two key divisions, two giant markets, one blockbuster company

A5 Laboratories is comprised of two divisions — CRO and Marketing. CRO stands for Contract Research Organization, and in the biotech world that’s the lab side of the business, where scientists and technicians do the research, testing, and proofing.

A5 Laboratories (CRO division) is already established and based in Quebec, Canada, where the government provides generous incentives and tax breaks to biotech companies (a key advantage in keeping costs down).

A5 Laboratories provides contract analytical, regulatory and product development services to the Pharmaceutical industry. And the company’s formidable research and development capabilities allow it to license or acquire novel pharmaceutical and biotechnology platforms, either for further development or commercialization.

Indeed, the genesis of A5's superior ng-INF product began when the company purchased an infant technology. And then A5’s founder, Dr. Richard Azani, working with his team of immunologists, further developed and refined this technology to get the breakthrough that has now given us this fortune-making opportunity.

Advertisement, see important disclaimer on bottom

But here’s what’s important about CRO — it would be near impossible for a new biotech company to succeed, no matter how brilliant their “idea,” if they didn’t own their own successful CRO. Why? Because they’d have to contract out too many expensive lab services. That’s why most biotechs fail. They literally run out of money before they can succeed.

A5 has an established CRO, one of the best in the business, which provides a steady stream of services and revenue. And that’s a huge advantage on top of the tax breaks they’re getting from the Quebec government. Next...

A5 Laboratories’ marketing division has several enviable options...

Essentially, they’re going to take what the CRO division creates and sell it around the world. And the very first product is the blockbuster ng-INF, big enough in itself to make early AFLB shareholders rich.

But they’ll also create more products to sell, and even additional components to add to their ng-INF, which can be used in targeted drug therapies for difficult-to-treat diseases. Indeed, combining two or more ingredients to make highly effective drug cocktails (bitherapy) is a major trend in medicine today. And look here...

Licensing and royalties will create $billions
in revenues at 93% profit margins!

At this point, you may be wondering how A5 Laboratories can ramp up to provide $9 billion worth of interferon in a short period of time. The answer is twofold...

First, by the very nature of their manufacturing breakthrough, A5’s ng-INF can be mass produced very quickly. But of course they can’t make $9 billion worth of interferon entirely on their own the first year or two. Indeed, that would be impossible. But they don’t have to...

The fastest way to sales in the $billions (and windfall profits for A5 and its shareholders) is to license the ng-INF for use in already established blockbuster drugs. And then A5 will collect royalties on the sales of the improved formulations.

This is the superior business model I was talking about earlier. For example...

A5 could cut a licensing deal with Teva Pharmaceuticals to make and add ng-INF to that company’s blockbuster MS drug, Copaxone, which has current sales of $2.8 billion annually.

Assuming A5’s ng-INF makes Copaxone far more effective, sales could easily double to $5.6 billion, as it becomes the MS drug of choice. Then, A5 will collect a percentage-of-sales royalty on the new formulation. Really? Is that so?

Why should drug companies
use ng-INF?

Let’s think about this... Why would Teva cut a royalty deal with A5 Laboratories, when it already has the top-selling MS drug? Well, one reason is they’ll pay a lot less for the interferon. But...

If they don’t, their competitor Pfizer could cut a deal with A5 to add ng-INF to its MS drug Rebif ($2.3 billion annual sales). And that would likely make Rebif so much better than Copaxone, Teva’s sales could dry up overnight, while Pfizer’s Rebif sales double to $5 billion!

And if Teva and Pfizer don’t want to play ball, Biogen would love to add A5’s ng-INF to its MS drug Avonex, which might quadruple its current $1.7 billion annual sales to $6.8, while largely killing sales of Copaxone and Rebif!

Do you see the big picture here? All roads lead to A5 Laboratories!

It makes perfect sense: When you can switch out a vitally important ingredient, and the new ingredient not only costs less but increases the effectiveness of your drug as much as 100 to 1,000 times.... which then allows a much lower dose, which in turn drastically reduces the side effects...

Well, you’d be nuts not to use it! And this scenario is going to play out across the globe...

Consider Takeda Pharmaceuticals. They currently have the top-selling prostate cancer drug, Lupron, at $1.6 billion annually. But right on their heels is Astra-Zeneca’s Casodex, selling at $1.2 billion annually.

If Astra-Zeneca starts using A5’s ng-INF – sales of Takeda’s Lupron could plunge overnight. Or maybe Takeda beats Astra- Zeneca to the punch, putting A5’s ng-INF into Lupron, which would then make Astra Zeneca’s Casodex the big loser.

But losers aside. Can you tell me who’ll be the BIGGEST WINNERS in all of these scenarios? A5 Laboratories and their shareholders, of course! But let’s also consider this option...

Everybody will buy A5’s ng-INF

A5 doesn’t have to license to one company in favor of another. Instead, they can simply sell or license to everybody. And everybody either uses A5’s superior ng-INF or they’ll fast lose market share to competitors who do.

Sure, A5 can manufacture a large quantity of ng-INF to sell to individual companies and labs and universities. But dozens of drug companies can also manufacture ng-INF under licensing agreements while paying royalties to A5.

This is how A5 Laboratories will do $billions in business. And everybody WINS – drug companies, healthcare users, A5, and especially early AFLB shareholders!

That’s why I’m convinced this $1 stock could soar to $40, $50, even to $70 and $80!

And that’s just one division...

A5 Laboratories will keep our animals
healthy and our food safe!

A5 Laboratories will be starting its veterinary division in Europe, potentially as soon as early next year, as they have a close alliance with an influential biotech research institute that can help fast-track ng-INF for use in bovine, porcine, and avian vaccines.

And once the superior ng-INF goes on the market in a few European countries, it’ll spread like wildfire because of it’s amazing ability to prevent or reverse disease at far lower costs. And then it’s simply a matter of “copy-paste” to North America, South America, and around the world.

Remember, A5 is making natural interferon, so there is no risk of regulatory failure, any more than there’s risk for a company making aspirin.

Consider the bovine scourge, Mastitis, a potentially fatal disease that afflicts dairy cattle. It’s caused by several different types of bacteria, usually from contaminated milking equipment.

And since mastitis poses a health risk to humans, infected cows must be removed from production and treated with expensive antibiotics. What’s more, they can’t be returned to production until the antibiotics are entirely cleared from their systems, assuming they survive, which many don’t.

Treating a sick cow can cost $400 to $700. In North America alone, when you add up treatment costs, lost dairy production, and the animals that are destroyed because treatment costs are deemed too high, mastitis costs the dairy industry $2 billion annually. But now...

A5 will solve this problem with a low-cost interferon that can quickly knowck out the infection. And they'll sell this vaccine for about $50, a reasonable expense to save a cow, or even an entire herd (A5's cost to make a single dose will be under $1).

The same goes for the Avian or bird flu, some strains of which are highly contagious and quickly fatal. Most Avian flu viruses are transmitted from bird to bird, infecting chickens, turkeys, ducks, quail, pheasant, and many more birds.

But the Avian H5NI virus is particularly dangerous, and entire flocks of chickens in some countries have had to be destroyed, since this virus can spread to humans. And health officials fear that the H5N1 will mutate and the next generation will spread from human to human, causing a worldwide pandemic.

The World Bank estimates the costs of controlling H5N1 flu at $1 to $2 billion per year. But A5 Laboratories will provide a low-cost vaccine that can be administered inside the factory chicken coop via a nasal inhalation (mist) system that will stop the infection before it can spread. Problem solved, chickens saved, and humans protected!

A5 Laboratories can completely end the “pandemic threat” of viruses that can be efficiently treated with interferon-based vaccines. For examples...

Ng-INF can treat or prevent the many Avian viruses — H5NI, the astrovirus ANV, plus related ANV viruses, and also Enterovirus and related ELV type viruses.
Ng-INF can treat or prevent the many swine flus – H1N1, H1N2, N3N1, N3N2, and H2N3, as well as the African swine fever virus, and swine vesicular disease virus.

Ng-INF can treat or prevent many bovine diseases — mastitis, and also BVDV, or bovine viral diarrhea, which like mastitis is costly to producers in lost livestock and productivity.

Advertisement, see important disclaimer on bottom

Very quickly A5’s ng-INF will transform the multi-billion drug markets to treat these diseases, ending the epidemic and pandemic threats, saving producers billions of dollars, and making food safe, even for importation!

Animal foods made safe to import

Consider today that animal foods are largely barred from importation by many countries, including the U.S. And the reason is we don’t want to risk tainted food, or the spread of dangerous infections. But here, again, A5 solves this problem...

Animals treated with ng-INF will be safe to import, and safe to eat. They’ll be healthy and completely free of bacterial or viral infection. And they’ll be free of toxic antibiotics and growth hormones, too...

Use of strong antibiotics and growth
hormones no longer necessary!

Increasingly consumers are becoming aware of the potential health risks posed by animals that are raised on potent antibiotics and growth hormones. Yes, such treatments get more animals to market faster, but these toxins can accumulate in the body and lead to human illness and disease.

On May 6, the President’s Cancer Panel published a 240 page report on the risk of cancer from numerous chemicals and other substances in the environment. They concluded, “The true burden of environmentally induced cancer has been grossly underestimated.” Among other things, the Panel recommended avoiding meats raised with antibiotics and growth hormones.

And here again, A5 has the solution. Ng-INF naturally speeds growth while keeping the animals healthy. No growth hormone is necessary. And, in those cases where antibiotics or antibacterial agents are needed for difficult to treat diseases, the dosage can be miniscule relative to current treatments, simply because ng-INF increases potency many tmes over!

Emerging viral threats shut down!

And getting back to human treatment, ng-INF can quickly stop the threat of emerging viral and bacterial infections. Did you see in the news recently that several cases of a new supergerm were confirmed in Arizona hospitals?

It’s a new version of the bacteria, Clostridium difficile, the previous version of which was cited in over 500,000 cases last year. But this mutation, called NAP1, carries at least 20 times more toxins than the original C. diff. It’s already killed several older persons with health problems in Phoenix, and the risk is that it could turn into an epidemic, and even a pandemic.

But this is exactly the kind of threat A5’s ng-INF can stop. Because the solution for anybody with a weakened immune system (common in older people) is more interferon – especially natural interferon that is non-toxic, well- tolerated, and soon to be available at low cost.

And even in difficult cases in which an antiviral, antibiotic, or antibacterial agent is needed to knock out the infection, the dosage can be greatly reduced when combined with ng-INF, as it will dramatically increase its effectiveness.

Make no mistake — A5’s ng-INF will save LIVES as never before, even while it dramatically lowers healthcare costs!

You’ve just learned every important thing I have to tell you about A5 Laboratories. And with interferon prices coming way down, I can’t begin to tell you the great number and variety of future uses.

And that’s why I’m convinced early shareholders can expect fortune-making gains on what I believe is almost certain...

Advertisement, see important disclaimer on bottom

Act on A5 Laboratories today for
fortune-making gains!

Frankly, I’ve never come across a company that will do so much good, and make so much money doing it! On the Veterinary side alone, very conservative revenue projections are $664 million the first 5 years, with gross profit of $617 million (at 93% margins)!

And of course that doesn’t even count human ng-INF sales, or any licensing deals with the big pharmaceuticals (which, obviously, I can’t talk about here), but those sales could be in the $billions.

I can say this with confidence: If you get your AFLB shares between $.75 and $1.50, you’ll have the greatest chance of riding a tsunami of sales and profits to a personal fortune!

And that’s because one of two things seem inevitable – either A5 Laboratories will become one of the biggest biotechs in the world, or a large pharmaceutical company will buy the company for several billions of dollars. And either way, early shareholders will cash out with 20, 30, even 40 times their investment!

Okay, that’s my report! I hope you enjoyed it, and more important, will use this valuable advance information to make money!

I’d also like to urge you to join me and our fortune-seeking group at Untapped Wealth (see attractive subscription offer, next page). That way, you won’t miss a single one of my stock reports in the coming year.
